Are you an agency or an outsourced team?
We work more like an outsourced CRM marketing team. We don't treat email as an isolated service, but as a channel that needs to be managed long-term — from strategy and roadmap through campaigns and automation to reporting and further improvements.

How quickly will we see results?
The first automations are usually live within about three weeks, and first results tend to show within two to three months. We don't promise numbers blind — the audit tells us what's realistic.
Which platforms do you work with?
We are a certified Bloomreach Engagement partner and work with it daily, and we also run Klaviyo, Ecomail and other tools. If you don't have a platform yet, we help you choose one and design the setup.
Do we need our own CRM person?
