Email marketing for e-commerce and travel

We take care of your whole email marketing, not just the sending. We bring customer data and consent together, build segments, templates and campaigns, and make sure your emails reach the inbox rather than spam.

Let’s talk

Where email marketing gets stuck

Contacts are split between your online store, booking system, forms and old exports. It is not clear who consented to what. Everyone gets the same newsletter and part of it lands in spam. That is why we start with data, consent and deliverability, not with the next campaign.

  • Contacts and consent sit in several systems and it is unclear who you can email.
  • Every customer receives the same content at the same time.
  • More emails land in spam and bounces keep growing.
  • Newsletters and automated emails do not take each other into account.

How we can help

Customer data in one place

We connect contacts from your online store, booking system, sign-ups and forms. We merge duplicates and add the purchase data you need to choose the right audience.

Consent and unsubscribes

We bring consent records, their source and date into one place and sync unsubscribes across tools. Someone who unsubscribes does not get an email from another list.

Segments based on behaviour

We group customers by purchases, interests, activity and language. New, loyal and lapsed customers get different content and a different frequency.

Deliverability and spam score

We set up domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and one-click unsubscribe, as Gmail and Yahoo require. We monitor domain reputation, test the spam score before sending and remove invalid addresses.

Templates and newsletters

We build reusable blocks for products, articles and offers and prepare your regular campaigns. Before sending, we test rendering in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail, plus links and personalisation.

Automated emails

Welcome emails, post-purchase communication and abandoned cart reminders. We also set rules for when not to send, for example after another order.

How we start

We can manage the work for you, deliver a specific project or support your existing CRM team.

Ways to work with us
  1. Review your data and deliverability

We look at contact sources, consent records, segments, domain setup and recent campaign results. We find where emails lose delivery and what makes it hard to select the right customers.

  2. Fix the foundations

We connect and clean the data, align consent and unsubscribes, set up domain authentication and prepare the first segments and templates.

  3. Launch and review campaigns

We agree on topics, audiences and approvals. After sending, we review delivery, clicks and purchases. We can continue managing the work or hand over processes to your team.

What we measure

First, whether the email arrived at all: delivery, bounces, spam complaints and domain reputation. Then what interested people and what they did next. Apple Mail privacy protection inflates opens, so we rely more on clicks and purchases. Revenue attributed to an email does not tell us how many additional purchases the campaign created. Where the data and audience size allow, we compare results with a group that did not receive the campaign.

  • Delivery, spam and domain reputation
  • Clicks and purchases by segment
  • List growth, unsubscribes and messages per customer

Common questions

Can we start with newsletters only?

Yes. We can manage regular newsletters, improve templates or set up one automated journey. You do not need to hand over all of your CRM marketing.

Why do our emails land in spam?

Most often because of missing or incorrect domain authentication, old and inactive contacts, a sudden jump in volume or content that filters see as risky. We look for the cause in your setup and data and confirm it with tests.

How do you handle email consent?

We look at where contacts come from and how consent or another legal basis is recorded. We propose one consistent way to record consent and handle unsubscribes across tools. Legal review stays with you or your lawyer.

Do we need a new email platform?

Not necessarily. We first check what your current platform can do. If you do switch, we move contacts together with their consent and warm up the new domain gradually so deliverability does not suffer.

Who creates the content and approves the emails?

We can create the content or work with your materials. Before starting, we agree who prepares each part and who approves the email.

How is pricing determined?

It depends on the state of your data, campaign volume and complexity, languages and templates. We show the initial clean-up and setup separately from ongoing work in the proposal.
